I recently read Malcolm Gladwell's Outliers and it totally blew me away. I found so many of his insights so interesting. I couldn't put this book down. One of the many things he had to say that really struck a chord with me was "hard work is only a prison sentence if it does not have meaning". Strive for job satisfaction because it is an essential step on the road to success. Although the crux of the book is that there are many contributory factors to success and Gladwell illustrates these with page-turning skill.

Also, if you haven't yet read this book and you get the chance to, I strongly suggest you grab that chance. If you hate self-help books this is the book for you.
